Black Friday / Cyber Monday Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions pertain to LB Training Academy Limited's Black Friday & Cyber Weekend promotions:

  1. Promotion Period: The Black Friday Weekend and Cyber Monday Promotions commence at 12:00 AM (GMT) on Friday, November 24th, 2024 (the “Start Date”) and conclude at 11:59 PM (GMT) on Monday, November 27th, 2024 (the “End Date”).

  2. Trade Account Holders: Black Friday VIP access for trade account holders starts at 12:00 AM (GMT) on Thursday, November 23rd, 2024 (the “Start Date”) and ends at 11:59 PM (GMT) on Friday, November 24th, 2024 (the “End Date”). This access is exclusively available to trade account holders.

  3. Discounts: Discounts are applicable only during this promotional period and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions or applied retroactively.

  4. Validity: Black Friday Promotional Offers are valid solely on www.lbtrainingacademy.com. Prices are as displayed on the site, and discounts can be applied by using the respective promotional codes at checkout. Ensure discounts are applied before finalizing your purchase, as they will not be refundable after Black Friday.

  5. Returns and Refunds: Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  6. Shipping: Due to high order volumes, shipping times may be longer than usual, with processing times ranging from 2 to 3 business days before shipping. Guaranteed Next Day delivery options will not be available for Black Friday orders. DHL Express shipping will be available for international orders.

  7. Free Shipping: Free shipping offers cannot be used from November 23rd to November 28th, 2024, in conjunction with Black Friday / Cyber Monday sales codes.

  8. Discount Offer: Enjoy a 40% discount on selected LB Training Academy branded products only.

  9. Exclusions: Professional training courses are not included in the Black Friday event from November 23rd to November 28th, 2024. Additionally, items not included in the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales event include:

    • Discounted sets, gift sets, Christmas sets, sample kits, student kits
    • Mini Brow and Lash Serums
    • Retail Bulk Buy ranges
    • Wax Heaters
    • Professional courses (online and in-class)

  10. Discount Policy: Only one discount code or promotional offer can be used per order. Stacking multiple discounts or offers is not permitted.

  11. Modifications: LB Training Academy Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Black Friday promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
